The Joys of Dealing with Telstra......

I've been offline for quite a few days as Telstra has decided to give us grief with our internet. They have informed us that it would be back on in 72 hours. However, they also said this on Saturday to no avail! 4 months of them trying to get the connection right and we still have no internet. How did humanity ever survive, pre-internet!!!
